Responsible Gaming
Fontainebleau Las Vegas knows that for most of our guests gambling is a recreational activity and a form of entertainment. We understand that there may be a potential for problem gambling in a small percentage of people. Any percentage is too large for us. We are committed to educating our employees to recognize the signs of problem gambling and implementing policies and practices to emphasize the importance of responsible gaming.

Fontainebleau Las Vegas is a proud Member of the Nevada Council on Problem Gambling and the National Council on Problem Gambling. In compliance with Nevada Gaming Commission Regulation 5.170, responsible gambling information is available to our guests through written materials located adjacent to the casino cage and ATM machines
All our guests are given the option to enroll in our Self-Limiting Program. The Self-Limiting Program allows guests to limit themselves from receiving items such as the issuance of credit, check cashing, and direct mail marketing. Guests may request a Self-Limiting Form by sending an email request to responsiblegambling@fblasvegas.com. We respect our guests’ choice to self-limit and are here to assist.
If you believe you or someone you know may have a gambling problem, please contact the Problem Gambling Helpline at 1-800-GAMBLER or visit the Nevada Council on Problem Gambling’s website at www.nevadacouncil.org.
