With over 30 years of experience, Michael Beaulac’s winemaking philosophy starts in the vineyard. A deep understanding of the land, soil, and climate allows him to showcase the qualities that give Merus wines a distinctive character lauded by enthusiasts and experts.
Old school service meets exceptional American flavor during an exquisite 4 course menu paired with the wines of Merus. In this demonstration-style master class led by Komodo’s Head Sushi Chef Sung Dae Hong, you will learn how to make perfect sushi rice and dive deep into the types of fish used in sushi rolls. The course will also offer an insightful illustration of proper sashimi slicing.
