Experience an intimate evening at Don’s Prime and learn from winemaker Michael Beaulac of Merus Winery. With over 30 years of experience, Michael Beaulac’s winemaking philosophy starts in the vineyard. A deep understanding of the land, soil, and climate allows him to showcase the qualities that give Merus wines a distinctive character lauded by enthusiasts and experts.
 
Old school service meets exceptional American flavor during an exquisite 4 course menu paired with the wines of Merus. Internationally acclaimed from its very first vintage, Merus Wines are limited in production to ensure the highest level of quality. The high-end Napa Valley wines are known for their purity, depth, and captivating complexity.

The best coffee you’ve ever had – created by you. During this two-hour experience, you’ll explore the craft of latte art with guidance from the Fontainebleau Las Vegas master barista team. You’ll also learn the many nuances of latte art, including milk texture, temperature, and the fine grinding of beans.

The Art of Sushi

Immerse yourself in the intricate art of Japanese sushi and sashimi.
In this demonstration-style master class led by Komodo’s Head Sushi Chef Sung Dae Hong, you will learn how to make perfect sushi rice and dive deep into the types of fish used in sushi rolls. The course will also offer an insightful illustration of proper sashimi slicing.

Class concludes with a sensational 3-course dinner complemented by a curated sake pairing from Komodo’s famed sake program.
