To celebrate National Barista Day, guests will explore the craft of latte art at Barista Academy with guidance from the Fontainebleau Las Vegas master barista team. Discover how to create different patterns as the talented team demonstrates elegant designs like the rosetta, swans, and the leaf. Guests will also learn the many nuances of latte art, including milk texture, temperature, and the fine grinding of beans.
